By accessing and using Patrika ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Patrika provides a platform for creating and sharing digital wedding invitations. The Service allows you to:

Create personalized digital wedding invitations
Upload and use your own photos
Generate shareable links to your invitations
Access templates and design tools

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information when creating invitations
Only upload photos and content you have the right to use
Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights
Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the photos and information you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide and display your invitation.

Our Content: All templates, designs, code, and other materials provided by Patrika remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our templates outside of the Service.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your information only as described in that policy.

Invitations and associated data are automatically deleted 10 days after your specified wedding date.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to keep the Service available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any data loss or technical issues
We are not responsible for how guests receive or interact with your invitation
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You are responsible for keeping backup copies of any important information.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

Create invitations for events other than weddings without permission
Spam, harass, or send unsolicited invitations
Collect or harvest data from other users
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
